Industrial Sandblasting
A high corrosion resistance painting cycle requires a suitable surface preparation by means of a careful sandblasting process.
What is it?
Sandblasting with steel grits is carried out on manufactured articles of any size (SA 2 – SA 2.5 – SA 3) to ensure the removal of any kind of impurities from the metal as well as achieving a roughness that guarantees the perfect adherence on the surface of every anti-corrosive treatment, even with a high thickness.

Categories of atmospheric corrosivity
All our surface sandblasting and varnishing processes are made to resist the atmospheric conditions of use. We can carry out more efficient and major coating cycles for the categories and with higher corrosivity.
Guaranteed duration parameters based on ISO 12944-1:
• Low: 2-5 years
• Average: 5-15 years
• High: più di 15 years
Perfectly rough surfaces
The constant investment in the micrometric care of the surfaces has allowed us to develop skills and technical staff with the highest professional standards. For Blù Max the sandblasting phase is essential to obtain high performance painting results.
The Painting phase
Liquid painting is carried out on metal products of all sizes. With the aid of suitable pumps, we apply the painting products, even with very high density, to obtain anticorrosive surface treatments suited to resist the aggressions of the atmosphere in every type of environment.
